Russia2all uses UPS for domestic shipments within the United States and USPS for international shipping and Puerto Rico.
We will combine shipping costs. This is clearly stated in every listing as to how much and under what circumstances. Our shipping costs are final and not negotiable and our only goal is to cover our costs. We do not use shipping as a profit center. If you are not satisfied with our costs in this area, please do not bid on our watches as we cannot reduce this amount. We will report non payers who balk at our shipping costs after the sale is over.
Domestic:
Domestic shipping is $13.50. (Shipments to Puerto Rico will be done using USPS Priority.) All watches much be purchased and paid for within 7 days. We charge $28.50 for Canadian orders and $7.50 for each additional.
International:
$48.50 for the first watch and $10 for each additional watch up to three with free shipping available if you purchase four watches. All watches much be purchased and paid for within 7 days.
We use only international express mail service that allows for tracking. We cannot offer any lower cost service, as we will not ship internationally without tracking. Additionally, we are not responsible for customs or import duty, VAT or Clearance fees (or any fees charged by a secondary vendor for carrier or any other service, or any government fees of any kind) on international shipments. Please research your country's customs requirements before you place your bid.
For eBay transactions, R2A only accepts PayPal. Payment must be made within 7 days of the sale. All non-payers will be reported to eBay and receive negative feedback.
