Bronze is an alloy with it's main components copper and tin. These combination is subject to oxidation. Due to the oxidation the initial colors and color patterns change and a cover of patina occurs. This process is not a material failure and fully intended. Thus, every watch becomes a one-time piece and has it's unique look. However, should you prefer the absence of a patina on your watch the case can be polished with a professional bronze polishing paste. We do not recommend doing so but it is up to you.
