Is R2A Watches an authorized retailer for Vostok-Europe, Sturmanskie, and the other watch brands on the site?
Yes. Not only is R2A an authorized watch dealer, we are also the official North American distributor of Vostok-Europe, Sturmanskie, Tsikolia, Poljot and all the other watch brands on our site. We are also the owners of the Pramzius watch brand.
Are all R2A watches guaranteed to be new and covered by a warranty?
We sell only new watches unless SPECIFICALLY and very clearly stated otherwise on the listing. Any imperfect watches or previously worn watch will be sold at lower prices and detailed as to condition in the description.
All regularly listed watch will be 100% new. And, as we are also distributors, we turn over our watch stock every 90 days or so, which means you are always likely to get fresh stock in from our manufacturers.
All our watches are covered by a 2-year North American warranty with repairs completed here in the United States. You can find more info on our Watch Warranty Page.
What are R2A Watches’ shipping rates and fees?
Based on years of experience, we have chosen to use USPS for all individual sales on our website and we use signature confirmation service to make sure your package is safely received. You can request shipping without signature, but then we have no responsibility for stolen or misrouted shipments. All orders over $199 include free shipping in the United States.
Does R2A ship watches internationally?
Yes, watches can be shipped to EU and non-EU countries. We are NOT responsible for ANY taxes or import fees you may incur by ordering from the USA. It is the buyer’s responsibility to investigate the importation charges that may apply for their respective country.

Where are Vostok-Europe, Sturmanskie, and the other watches R2A sells built?
That varies a great deal depending upon the brand. We represent brands from Lithuania, Russia, The Republic of Georgia, Switzerland, Hong Kong and more. Each brand assembles their watches in their home country and source components from all over the world. For instance, Vostok-Europe and Sturmanskie are manufactured and hand-assembled in Lithuania and Russia respectively.
